Our ice rink is right in the heart of Oxford, just a 10 minute walk from Oxford City centre and railway station. We have activity rooms and a sports shop as well!

So what are Fusion looking for?

· Your strong interpersonal skills, approachability and sales background will be as important as your commercial awareness. Whilst driving your business forward, you will be meticulous in your standards, managing the needs of your customers.

· As General Manager you will be expected to contribute to the delivery of Fusion’s vision and strategy, implementing and reviewing the Centre’s Annual Development plan.

· The highest standards are anticipated and you will need to lead the team to ensure the Centre’s operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by both the management and all of the team members.

· You will have broad experience in the leisure or hospitality sector, a clear understanding of financial planning and proven leadership skills.

Key skills

· IOSH qualification or equivalent

· Full First Aid at Work

· H & S experience and awareness

· Commercially astute

· Leadership skills

· Operational experience of Ice Rinks is advantageous.
