Gym

After the £6.2m redevelopment completed in June 2011, Dulwich Leisure Centre now offers the local community a 100 workout station gym beautifully restored with its Grade II listed Victorian features.

The refurbished 100 workout station gym was the first leisure centre in the UK to be fitted with the new Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment which includes integrated digital TV screens to 68 channels.  The equipment also includes the Virtual Trainer facility which enables users to save time at the gym to choose their workout before they arrive and download it to the equipment via a USB stick.

Our gym is relaxed and welcoming and staffed with friendly and qualified fitness instructors. We have cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, weights and stretching areas. Throughout the year, we put on different exercise activities to inspire you to keep up an active lifestyle.
