Activities
Swimming lessons for adults
You are never too old to start swimming and adult lessons also form part of SwimSchool.
Adult lessons are available for:
- Non-swimmer - those who are frightened of water and are complete beginners
- Intermediate - those who are able to swim but are very inefficient in their stroke technique
- Advanced - those who are able to swim well but still need some tuition on stroke technique, speed or stamina
SwimSchool also offers adult lessons for those wishing to train for a specific swimming or swim-related event like triathlons. These can be either on a group basis or as one-to-one tuition.
