We have a huge variety of energetic and relaxing activities, sessions and courses for people of all ages and abilities.

Swimming
Swimming is a healthy activity that can be enjoyed by everyone. It's an excellent and relaxing way to exercise as the water supports the body, so less stress is placed on joints and bones.

Group exercise classes
If you like exercising and having fun with other people and you're looking for some motivation and inspiration, these classes are for you. We run over 20 exercise classes every week, so you can get active together.

Primetime activities
We offer a range of recreational activities to help the over 50's and over 60's achieve a healthier lifestyle in a relaxed and social environment.

Pilates
Pilates is a combination of strength and mobility work that helps you focus on and develop your core strength to help you maintain optimum postural alignment.

Martial arts
Martial Arts are systems and traditions of training for combat each with their own specialisms and different techniques. Activities include Karate, Judo, Tae Kwon Do. All have self-discipline, confidence, exercise and focus at the core. See our latest timetable or contact the centre to find out what sessions are on offer. Sessions are available for all abilities from beginners to advanced. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Sometimes, we all need a bit of encouragement. So why not exercise with your own highly trained instructor to guide, advise and motivate you?

Gym and weights
Our gym has seperate cardiovascular and resistance equipment to give you an all-round workout experience.

Pool based classes
Exercising in the water is a great way to get fit, as the water supports your body weight.

Swim School
We offer a comprehensive learn to swim programme working in partnership with the Amateur Swimming Association's (ASA) National Plan for Teaching Swimming which is a recognised and monitored standard for the delivery of swimming.
