We have a variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines in the gym.

There are regular women-only sessions, staffed by a qualified fitness instructor. The gym is unstaffed at most other times, but team members are always close at hand.

If you would like an introduction to the gym, you can go to other associated gyms in the London Borough of Hounslow.
