Step Classes at Leatherhead

If you like exercising and having fun with other people and you're looking for some motivation and inspiration, these classes are for you. We run over 50 group exercise classes every week so you can get active together.

Elite Spinning (Wednesdays 19.45-20.45) Starts 16.05.12 for those who want a different type of class that pushes you to the limits, intervals, endurance and strength. NO PAIN NO GAIN.

Judo Fit (Thursdays 17.45-18.45) - Starts 17.05.12 a class that aims to test your strength and fitness, develops your core stability and stamina. Backed by the British Judo Association you will get as fit as a Judo Player but without the physical contact. 

Legs Bums & Tums (Thursdays 19.00-20.00) - Starts 17.05.12 an aerobic workout with toning and firming exercises that focuses on the LBT areas.
