The sauna and the steam room raise your body temperature which produces perspiration, which in turn cleanses the pores of the skin to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. 
 
Our Health Suite facilities includes:
 
Sauna - produces dry heat to cleanse the body
Steam room - produces a wet and humid deep cleanse
