The indoor cycling studio is separate from the rest of the gym and classes (Activity Room 2), so you have no distractions whilst you are exercising.

The studio is equipped with modern cycling bikes and a music sound system. Classes are highly energetic, intense, fun and popular.

There are indoor cycling classes throughout the week, please see the group exercise timetable for more information or contact us directly.
