The Sauna is a perfect way to unwind after a days work, a work out in the gym or class, or just as a pampering session.

The Sauna produces dry heat to raise your body temperature and help produce perspiration that in turn cleanses the pores of the skin to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Our Sauna rooms are regularly cleaned, repaired and monitored to ensure the safety of all users.

You dont have to be a member to use the sauna however, the sauna is included in our Memberships at no extra cost.
