The therapy room now offers a full range of beauty therapy treatments including manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, body treatments and eye treatments.

The therapy room offers a variety of health treatments and therapies including

All therapists are fully qualified, insured, and bound by strict codes of conduct by their relevant governing bodies.

Osteopath - Cyprian Londt is located on the ground floor in room 3 at the Healthy Living Centre.

Osteopathy focuses on the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, ligaments, muscles and connective tissues) and the way this interrelates with the body as a whole. It combines scientific knowledge of anatomy and physiology and clinical methods of investigation. Osteopaths diagnose and treat faults which occur because of injury or stress allowing the body to restore itself to normal function.

It can help with treating conditions such as acute and chronic back conditions, neck and shoulder complaints, repetitive strain injuries, headaches, sports injuries, whiplash and trauma from accidents, joint injuries and stress related symptoms - in all stages of life.

An osteopath can also give advice on

• Health and medical issues
• Posture and body use
• Exercise/stretches
• Diet

Opening hours

          Monday 10am to 8pm
          Wednesday 12pm to 8pm
          Friday 9am to 1pm

Consultations are by appointment only. All appointments are 40 minutes long. No HP referral necessary.  It cost £35 per visit.  Bupa & Axa PPP registered

Please note that cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge, as this prevents emergency patients from being seen.
