Pilates is a combination of strength and mobility work which develops your core strength to help keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine.

Pilates is not just about exercising but also gives a deep sense of well-being. Be prepared to learn new techniques and enjoy new challenges.

Each and every exercise is built around eight basic principals:

  • Relaxation
  • Co-ordination
  • Alignment
  • Stamina
  • Concentration
  • Centering
  • Breathing
  • Flowing movements

Pilates forms part of our Exercise, Mind and Body classes which can be enjoyed on 'pay and play' basis or are included in our membership packages.

Some classes are very popular so book in advance where possible.
