Pool based classes

We offer a range of classes from Aqua Ante Natal to AquaFit.

Exercising in the water is a great way to get fit, as the water supports your body weight. It's a useful way to get back into exercise and it's ideal for pregnant women, post natal women, as well as people recovering from sports injuries.


We often have single gender sessions (see timetables on the DOWNLOADS section to the right) 
Please Note: Where possible we always try to rota the respective male or female member of staff to compliment the single gender sessions.
