Powerboating is all about taking to the water in a motorised boat. Powerboats usually have a hull design that allows for easy planing for higher speeds. At Surrey Docks, all aspects of the RYA powerboat syllabus are covered.

We offer the more advanced courses in powerboating and our instructors are fully qualified and experienced to offer advice, training and technique improvements.

We also offer Basic, Day Skipper, Yacht masters, VHF, DSC Radio courses, the three day Safety Boat Course and for those wishing to gain an ICC, the one day test plus the CENVI exam.

For those students wishing to cover safety only we offer the RYA three day Safety Boat Course.
