The centre offers the entire Royal Yachting Association dinghy programme. Courses range from beginners to instructor level for adults and juniors from eight years.

Sailing is also one of the few sports that can truly be enjoyed by the whole family. 

It’s a great sport for parents to enjoy with children, whether it is sailing together in a doublehanded or a singlehanded dinghy.

Recreational sailing is available on the dock. Terms and conditions apply

Tideway Sailability

Tideway Sailability is a sailing club located at Surrey Docks Watersports Centre.  Focusing on providing access to a sport activity where people with disabilities can participate alongside those without a disability.   Learn to sail, develop sailing and seamanship skills, and meet others who enjoy being on the water and possible train through the centre for a RYA qualification.
