Indoor cycling studio
Indoor cycling is an energetic workout you do on a specialised stationary bike in the fitness studio. A qualified instructor guides each class through different variations of highly charged music which creates an exciting and lively atmosphere.
You control the resistance levels of the wheel on the bike, but are expected to challenge yourself to keep at the pace of the class. Our instructors will guide you through several stages of a spin workout:
