Squash
Squash is a racquet sport played by two or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. It gives you an excellent cardiovascular, upper and lower body workout.
We have racquets and balls available to hire cheaply, so you just need to bring your sports kit, some non-marking trainers and your enthusiasm.
