Sometimes, we all need a bit of encouragement. So why not exercise with your own highly trained instructor to guide, advise and motivate you.

Who is personal training for?
It's for anyone who wants to get fitter, improve their exercise knowledge or who finds it tough to get motivated in the gym. It's also really helpful for anyone with specific conditions, injuries or illness who needs to be sure they are exercising safely.

How do I choose a trainer?
Speak to a member of staff about the trainers at your local centre. Feel free to ask about their qualifications and areas of expertise.

Who do I speak to?
You can enquire about the Personal Training Centre (PTC) and the benefits of personal training by speaking to the PTC instructor at the centre.
