Primetime activities
Our "Sport 50" sessions are to help the over 50s and over 60s achieve a healthier lifestyle in a relaxed and social environment.
Activities include:
• Swimming
• Fitness classes
• Health Suite – sauna and steam rooms
• Gym
• A range of sporting activities
Our sessions run 3 times a week and are excellent value. They usually consist of ETM or a gentle circuit warm up before going on to other activities. To continue the social feeling, discounted coffee is also available to participants.
Concessionary rates are available to those who are over the age of 60. If you attend more than three sessions a week you could save money with one of our membership packages.
